Halinka Panzera is the founder and CEO of BDC Market Intelligence and is highly regarded by her clients for her strong grasp of the changing consumer landscape which has seen her regularly called upon as a future global trends expert. The process is based on her business tool – the bio diversity model which has been launched in Australia, Asia, USA and Europe. 

Halinka is an internationally sought after thought leader and most recently was invited to New York, to facilitate workshops to develop strategies pertaining to President Obama’s Executive Order 13583 regarding the roll out of its Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan. She has received numerous marketing and business accolades and her LinkedIn profile is in the top 1% most viewed. She is often referred to as controversial in her thinking, providing an intellectual mind set change enabling a shift in the existing paradigm backed up by data.
